HYPNOSIS
In April 2005 I did my NLP
Practitioner Training in Melbourne with Advanced Neuro Dynamics.
The training also includes “time line therapy” and
hypnosis. I have since become much more interested in these
topics. Hypnosis in particular offers a lot of potential to
change one's own life as well as helping others.

Wendi Friesen (CCHT) sells a wide variety of hypnosis related
products. I bought the “How to hypnotize Anyone” DVD and
I am impressed! The DVD has chapters covering some major inductions
(Progressive Relaxation, Elman, Ten to One, Eye Fixation),
suggestions, triggers, metaphors, ending the trance, voice training,
etc.. This DVD and CD set is certainly complementary to what I
learned at my NLP Practitioner Training. There are some
free scripts.
You'll also find a web based forum section that anyone
can join and Wendi frequently answers questions herself. After going
through some of the freebies, visiting the forum and buying some of
her products I feel comfortable recommending Wendi's products to
anyone interested in Hypnosis.
